Tokens for Bags® program

Hole in the Heart is excited to share that we’ve been chosen as a recipient of the Buffalo Exchange Tokens for Bags® program for the entire year of 2026. You can now donate to Hole in the Heart just by shopping at Buffalo Exchange (Albuquerque). Instead of a plastic bag, the Tokens for Bags® program offers every customer who makes a purchase one “token” valued at five cents (the cost to produce a bag) to donate to Hole in the Heart. Drop your token(s) in Hole in the Heart’s collection box to support CHD awareness, education, and advocacy efforts in New Mexico.
